In Brazil, we are not even too old but we are already thinking that it will be better to stay single in our early 20's.

While I agree with the idea that one should be able to enjoy life and be happy even when in solitude, but I don't think that it's something that's desirable. All of the people interviewed as being "alone" have some sort of social media, which is not the same as real life stuff but is evidence that they have some intent to communicate and share with other people. However, it would be very difficult to find people who are "truly" alone who are willing to be interviewed.

I had many friends. My friends also always invite other new people to join the group. But everytime we meet, all they do is just taking photo, and being busy on their cellphone. I don't really find connection with them. I felt the loneliest when I was with them. I cut contact with them. I like being with me more. Sometimes I feel lonely, like once every other week, but it's not unbearable. I think I like being alone. I'm almost 40 and I think I like this lifestyle.

As long as the men she targets really are wealthy and not just in appearance or in lies she tells to herself to soothe the guilt, the damage she causes is relatively minimum. They can bounce back and can afford a therapist.
